For example, we can post a banner on the Services when we modified this Agreement or Privacy Policy, so that it has access to and can examine the changes before continuing to use the Services. If you do not agree to changes in the contract, you may at any time terminate the Agreement as provided in Section 7 (Termination).
One of our failure to act with respect to a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not entail a waiver of our right to act with respect to that breach or subsequent to a similar or other breaches. Except as expressly and specifically contemplated by the Contract, no insurance, statement, consent, waiver or other act or omission by an Affiliate of YouVoting will be considered legally binding with respect to any Affiliate of YouVoting, unless documented in a private agreement signed by a duly appointed manager of YouVoting.
You waive your rights to try to stop YouVoting, but we will not give up our rights to ask a court to stop your actions.
In no event may you or cancellation will be allowed, injunction or other coercive measures, to give notice or to preclude the operation of services, the exploitation of any advertising or other materials published in connection with it, or the exploitation of Services or any content or other material used or displayed through the Services.
Subjects other than YouVoting Ltd., which YouVoting Ltd. owns 50% or higher percentage ("Affiliate"), are not parties, must be understood as third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, with a right to enforce the contract directly to Him comparisons.
You may not assign your rights under this Agreement, but we do.
You may not assign or delegate any right or obligation under the Contract. Any assignment or delegation will be apparent ineffective. We may freely assign or delegate all rights and obligations under the Agreement, fully or partially, without prior notice. We can also replace with a unilateral novation, effective following notification to Him, YouVoting Ltd. with a third party that assumes our rights and obligations under this Agreement.
It may be that you have rights or obligations under local law other than those listed there if you live outside of Italy.

We respect the rights of intellectual property of others. Consequently, this Agreement requires that the information sent by the Users are accurate and do not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
To promote these objectives, YouVoting provides a reporting tool quick and instant, represented on all Voting with the symbol of a flag. YouVoting also provides a procedure for submission of complaints about the content from our customers.
