1.Reclami regarding content posted on the website of YouVoting

YouVoting respects the intellectual property rights of others and wants to offer a platform that does not contain content that violates those rights. Our license agreement requires that the information sent by the Users are accurate, legal and not in breach of the rights of third parties. To promote these objectives, YouVoting provides a procedure for making complaints about the content posted by our members. Our information and our procedures are described and mentioned in the following sections. Know that, regardless of whether that access is disabled or removed content YouVoting can do in good faith attempt to forward written notification, including the information regarding the contact details of the claimant to the User who submitted the content and / or to take other reasonable steps to inform the user that YouVoting has received notice of an alleged violation of the rights of intellectual property or other violation of content. Our disclosure also provides, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable and / or removing accounts of Members or groups, media and companies, depending on the circumstances, repeatedly damaging or usurp the rights of others or who publish otherwise illegal content.

1.1. Complaints alleging infringement of copyright

YouVoting has developed procedures for receiving written notification of the alleged infringements. YouVoting also has a person in charge to receive notifications related to claims for breach of copyright. Where believe in good faith that your copyright has been infringed, it may send a written notice containing the following:

a) A manual or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner concerned;

b) A description of the copyrighted work that claims to have been violated;

c) A description specifying the location of the material on our site that claims to be in violation of His law;

d) Your phone number and e-mail;

e) A statement by declaring his belief in good faith that the use made is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

Reply: If you believe that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may submit a reply. It can provide a written notice containing the following:

a) With your signature manually or electronically;

b) Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled;

c) A statement, knowing the penalty for false statements, which declared the belief in good faith that the removal or disabling of the material is a mistake or that the material was misidentified;

d) Your name and telephone number and a statement that lends your consent to the jurisdiction of the district court in the judicial district of your residence if residing in Italy, and that it will accept the notification of the proceedings by the claimant or his authorized agent. Please submit your counter-notice to the person responsible for the copyright of YouVoting by mail to the address specified above.

1.2. Complaints relating to the content other than copyright infringement

For problems other than copyright infringement, YouVoting has created a fast and instant on every instrument "Voting", identified by a flag icon, allowing users who have signed a license agreement with YouVoting report any infringements found.

You can perform the following reports:

  • Does not respect the rules YouVoting;
  • The category is not appropriate;
  • Content of a sexual nature;
  • Violent content, insulting or offensive;
  • Child abuse;
  • Spam or misleading;
  • Infringes my rights;

The will also be asked to submit a review.

The Voting and direct users reported using this procedure, we will be examined by the staff of YouVoting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to determine if they are in violation of YouVoting. Any serious or repeated violations may result in account termination.
